Michael F. Suarez practices within a broad range of civil litigation matters out of the firm’s Miami office. His areas of practice include Automobile and Premises Liability, Products Liability, Class Action Litigation, Commercial Disputes, and Defamation. Mr. Suarez also practices extensively in Construction Litigation matters, where he has represented developers and contractors alike.
Mr. Suarez earned his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from St. Thomas University. While in law school, he was also a Staff Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review and a member of the St. Thomas Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, Mr. Suarez graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
