Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice in Property Damage Case

Valerie Dondero and Nicole Wulwick, of the Miami office, received a Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice on a homeowner’s roof leak claim on the eve of Plaintiffs’ depositions.  Counsel for Plaintiffs demanded $50,000.00, months prior to dismissing the claim for interior damages to their property.
