Shirlarian Williams specializes in first party property - personal and commercial claims, real estate and personal injury protection.
Shirlarian obtained her Bachelors in Criminology in 2006 and Masters in Management in 2007 from the University of Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida, she worked in management for a Fortune 100 company before deciding to pursue her legal career.
In 2010, Shirlarian attended Stetson University College of Law, on a full tuition scholarship. While at Stetson, Shirlarian was heavily involved in the American Bar Association (ABA), Law Student Division and represented the university at several ABA meetings all over the country. She also received several awards for her service to the community and law students around the country.
Upon graduating from law school, Shirlarian began her legal career practicing family law at a small local law firm. In 2014, she accepted a position at a mid-size law firm where she practiced real estate law, family law and personal injury. In 2015, she began managing the firm's Fort Myers and Sarasota offices.
Eventually, Shirlarian opened her own law firm where she primarily handled family law, personal injury and landlord tenant cases until she made the move to Kubicki Draper. Shirlarian prides herself on providing honest and trustworthy representation to her clients and does not back away from challenges. She has tried over 50 bench trials in various areas of law and has handled approximately 5 appeals.
In her free time, Shirlarian enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and traveling the world.
