Sarah Goldberg focuses her practice on first party property disputes and defending insurance companies in various issues related to insurance coverage. Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Sarah practiced for three years in the insurance defense field, representing clients in both first and third party insurance disputes. She also has experience in subrogation lawsuits.
In 2011, Sarah received her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Sarah worked for two years in the Health Rights and Elder Law Clinic, representing indigent clients in administrative proceedings pending with the Social Security Administration. Sarah also served as a law clerk with the United States Department of the Navy, Office of the Counsel for the Commandant of the Marine Corps, for two summers, focusing on employment law matters. She received a letter of commendation from the Commandant of the Marine Corps in recognition of her superior research skills amongst law clerks in the summer law clerk program.
Sarah was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia and graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government in 2008.
