Kubicki Draper provides legal counsel in admiralty and maritime litigation and transactions. We represent vessel owners, shippers, charterers, and marinas in personal injury, wrongful death, casualty, environmental and property damage claims; and vessel designers, manufacturers, and distributors in products liability claims. Our attorneys handle all aspects of marine insurance, including providing coverage opinions, drafting policy language, and handling first party hull and machinery insurance claims. Additionally, we draft, negotiate, and litigate various commercial contracts and documents on behalf of charterers and concessionaires.
