Court Denies Plaintiff’s Motion to Amend Complaint to Include Bad Faith Claim in UM Case

Valerie Dondero, of the Miami office, successfully opposed a Plaintiff’s motion to amend her complaint to add a purported bad faith claim in a first-party UM case. The trial court agreed, and therefore denied the Plaintiff’s motion to amend to add the bad faith count.
