PIP Reimbursements For Physical Therapy Services Limited

The Third District Court of Appeal holds Florida’s PIP statute prevents reimbursement of services performed by a licensed massage therapist that are not “massage” as defined by §480.033(3), Fla. Stat. Geico General Ins. Co. v. Beacon Health Care Ctr. Inc., 2020 WL 912938 (Fla. 3d DCA Feb. 26, 2020).
