The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (“CLM”) recently asked attorneys in each state to participate in organizing the insurance industry’s first comprehensive, state-by state, claims resource guide and Brad McCormick, of our Miami office, was one of the few selected in Florida to take part. By way of background, CLM is an organization made up of risk and litigation managers, claims professionals and attorneys focused on education and collaboration within the insurance industry. The Claims Handling Guide includes a wide range of topics providing insurance professionals useful, concise information in many claims areas.
