Michael Walsh is an experienced insurance defense attorney who skillfully and aggressively defends Personal Injury Protection, automobile, workers compensation claims and special investigation/fraud matters. He specializes in handling special projects involving large scale fraud projects against medical clinics, plaintiffs and doctors which involve staged accident rings, CPT coding fraud, fraudulent or non-existent medical treatment and homeowners fraud rings. Additionally, Michael is well-versed in handling Motions for Summary Judgment on issues of first impression involving PIP/Fraud and has done so throughout the State of Florida for multiple insurance companies.

Michael is “AV” rated by Martindale Hubbell and is certified by the State of Florida as a continuing education instructor.  Since becoming a certified instructor in 2003, Michael has presented numerous seminars on a variety of topics including but not limited to: cost effective ways of resolving attorney’s fees, solicitation and brokering, ethics, material misrepresentation and PIP hot topics.

Michael was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, however, he has resided in Miami for over 25 years. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.
