Miami-Dade County Ethical Governance Day 2024

Michael Carney, of our Fort Lauderdale office, participated in Miami-Dade County Public Schools’ Ethical Governance Day, a movement aimed to match civic leaders into local high school classrooms to address students on the importance of civic participation and engagement as a means to ensure ethical governance and support democracy.

Michael was one of the inaugural invitees 14 years ago and has participated every year since then. He was honored to present this year’s session to senior honor students at Miami Jackson High School. Michael expressed that it’s not just “giving back” but engaging on a rewarding level with the future leaders of society.

Kubicki Draper is pleased to remain a part of this great program.
