Ashley Findeisen and Chloe Buikus from our Fort Lauderdale office had the privilege of volunteering with ninth-grade pre-law students at Miami Carol City High School. They shared valuable insight into the nuances of presenting and evaluating defamation and wrongful prosecution claims from both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s perspectives.

These students will go on to present their trial strategies at the upcoming national mock trial competition in March 2026.
