In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, and its great importance year round, the KD team will be invited to participate in various awareness activities throughout the month of May that aim to create positive habits that support mental health. From meditation to live trainings by licensed medical providers, the program will emphasize that mental health is an incredibly important part of our overall health.
