Megen Gold focuses her practice on civil appeals, civil litigation support and insurance coverage and defense.

Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Megen practiced maritime law, specifically handling marine insurance defense matters. Megen received her J.D. and Certificate in Admiralty & Maritime Law from Tulane University Law School. She thereafter acquired an international perspective of the law and even more specialized education in England where she received her LL.M. in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton.

While attending Tulane, Megen worked as a research assistant for a Visiting Lloyd’s of London Fulbright Scholar, where she honed her research, writing and analytical skills. As a result, she has published several articles and recently co- authored an Amici Curiae brief to the Supreme Court of the United States.
