This course will educate All Lines Adjusters/Company Adjusters about  things to look for when handling claims wherein a Public Adjuster is involved.

We will review the statutes and administrative codes, identify and discuss licensing requirements and specifically distinguish things that are permissible and non-permissible conduct.  We will also discuss potential penalties for violations.

We will discuss “loss consultants” and show All Lines Adjusters how to utilize available databases to verify compliance.  We will also provide ways to determine when to elevate concerns. (This course is part of FIFEC’s online series)
