KD Webinar – Independent Medical Exams in Personal Injury Protection

This course will include an analysis in determining the strength of an IME Report and how and when the insurer should defend based on the IME report or opinion. Additionally, we will discuss the medical provider’s documentation and how that affects the strength of the IME report.
