Jennifer Feld Presents on “The Past, Present, & Future of Parental Leave in the Legal Profession”

Jennifer L. Feld, of our Tampa office, participated as a panelist for the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association and co-presented “The Past, Present, & Future of Parental Leave in the Legal Profession.” The panel discussed the history of parental leave in the legal profession and took a deep dive on the arguments made before the Florida Supreme Court, discussing the effects of the Court’s recent ruling, and shared different strategies and practical affects for parental and caregiver leave in the private and public sectors.
