Hillary H. Lovelady

Hillary Lovelady focuses her practice on Personal Injury Protection (PIP), First Party, and Insurance Coverage. She has extensive experience handling Motions for Summary Judgment, as well as all forms of discovery issues arising during litigation. Hillary is well versed in CPT coding issues, PIP coverage, and out-of-state policy issues. Most recently, she spearheaded a team that developed a webinar regarding out-of-state policy issues that arise in PIP cases.

Hillary received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Florida in the Spring of 2008, followed by her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in the Fall of 2011. While in law school, she was involved in the leadership of the Family Law Association and spent a semester representing clients in the family law clinic.

Following law school, Hillary worked in an insurance defense firm in South Florida, which primarily handled first party property claims. Seeking more trial and mediation experience, she took the opportunity to serve as a volunteer attorney with AmeriCorps at Legal Services of North Florida. Hillary represented clients in smalls claims court and administrative law proceedings. At the end of her service year, she returned to insurance defense, and has since practiced extensively in personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, as well as insurance coverage disputes in first party property cases.

Hillary is committed to using her extensive experience to the benefit of her clients by helping navigate the Northeast Florida litigation landscape, while working to achieve case specific goals. Outside of work, she can be found attempting to master the art of brewing the perfect cup of coffee, or baking a dessert from her favorite television show, if not already chasing down her three kids.
