Ken Oliver, of our Orlando office, attended the 28th Annual Conference of the Florida chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (FLABOTA) as the Southwest Florida Chapter Representative and a past president of the local chapter. Founded in 1958, the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) is a national organization dedicated to promoting excellence in trial advocacy, protecting the right to a fair and impartial jury trial, and upholding the highest standards of ethics, civility, and professionalism in the legal profession. FLABOTA serves as the organization’s Florida chapter.
