The plaintiff claimed injuries from a minor collision in 2019 but continued to lead an active lifestyle, including frequent vacations and full-time work. Despite the plaintiff’s demand for $500,000, the jury awarded only $75,000, highlighting inconsistencies in the evidence presented.
