Favorable Jury Verdict in Motor Vehicle Accident

Stephen Cozart and Teresa Cummings, of the Pensacola office, obtained a favorable verdict in a case which involved admitted liability for a rear-end motor vehicle collision. The
Plaintiff claimed that she had neck surgery as a result of the accident and that she would need a future low back surgery also related to the accident. The jury found that the Plaintiff did not suffer a permanent injury and awarded her only her past medicals for the first 12 weeks after the accident.
