Complete Defense Verdict in Leg Amputation Case Where No Causation

Lisandra Guerrero, Francesca Ippolito-Craven, and Peter Murphy, of our Miami office, obtained a complete defense verdict in a case where Plaintiff claimed our client’s negligence caused his leg to be amputated.  They made very complicated facts simple for the jury to understand and were able to demonstrate to the jury that Plaintiff’s amputation was not caused by our client’s negligence. Lisandra’s closing argument was superb; an amazing result was achieved; and needless to say, the clients and carrier are very happy.
