Colleen Kerins Obtains Defense Verdict in AOB Arbitration

Kudos to Colleen Kerins of our Ft. Myers office for obtaining a complete defense verdict in an arbitration involving assignment of benefits (AOB). Colleen argued the AOB did not apply to the replacement of a screen enclosure cage and a garage door based on the language contained in the assignment of benefits, and the arbitrator agreed.
