William Sabinson has devoted his entire career to the representation of insurance companies and their insureds. His civil litigation practice focuses on automotive negligence, first-party property damage, premises liability, UM/UIM claims, third-party property damage, and general liability.
Recognized as an “AV Preeminent” rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, William prides himself on achieving excellent results and providing the highest level of service to all clients — individuals, commercial entities, and institutions alike. He attributes his success to meticulous preparation and attention to detail. William strives to provide accurate, early-stage evaluations that empower him and his clients to collaboratively develop litigation strategies that are effective, efficient and cost-conscious.
As a member of the firm’s First-Party Practice Group, William collaborates with fellow attorneys who practice first-party insurance matters. This synergy of knowledge and experience enables the group to consistently exceed client expectations.
Prior to attending law school at Nova Southeastern University, William completed his undergraduate studies at Lynn University and Northwood University, where he also toiled as a catcher for both baseball programs.
