Vinod “Vinnie” Bajnath is a seasoned attorney with a primary focus on complex litigation matters. His practice encompasses a wide range of areas, including construction defect, subrogation, and general liability matters. Vinnie adeptly represents owners, developers, general contractors, and trade contractors in a variety of disputes, often involving multiparty and high-exposure construction defect claims, encompassing luxury custom homes, condominiums, townhomes, and single family homes across Florida. Guided by a proactive approach, Vinnie emphasizes early assessment, evaluation, risk transfer, and timely communication to promote successful and expeditious resolutions while providing excellent client service.

Vinnie is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court of Florida for the Middle and Southern Districts.

A South Florida native, Vinnie earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, after completing his Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual focus on Finance and Legal Studies from the University of Miami.
