Victor delivers efficient and client-centered representation. He understands that each case is unique and requires individual attention.
Prior to joining Kubicki Draper’s civil defense division in West Palm Beach, Victor represented plaintiffs in property insurance disputes, managing a caseload of over seventy first party and assignment of benefit cases.
Victor was raised in Palm Beach County, Florida. He graduated Cum Laude from Florida International University earning a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Marketing. He went on to manage multiple franchise locations for an international gym franchise. There, he honed his superior client service and management skills.
Later, Victor graduated Magna Cum Laude from Barry University, Dwayne O Andreas School of Law. While in law school, Victor earned Book Awards for earning the highest grade in Legal Research and Writing II, Evidence, Constitutional Law, Bankruptcy, Land Use and Planning, and Wills, Trusts and Estates. Additionally, Victor was senior editor on Barry’s Law Review where he authored an article that was chosen for publication. During his second year in law school, Victor was a Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern for the State Attorney’s Office, Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. He served in the Juvenile Division where he prosecuted both misdemeanor and felony offences.
Victor resides in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, with his beautiful wife Kelly and their four wonderful children.
Education
Honors: 75% merit-based law school tuition scholarship for remaining in the top-ten present of class; 2017 Outstanding Local Government Law School Student awarded by The City, County and Local Government Law Section of The Florida Bar; Finished top-eight in Barry Law School’s first-year Moot Court Competition.
