Vanessa Cuellar focuses her practice on insurance litigation, representing clients in a wide range of complex civil matters. Her experience includes automobile liability, commercial litigation, construction, medical malpractice, products liability, and trucking and transportation claims. Vanessa approaches each matter with a practical, client-focused mindset, combining thoughtful legal analysis with practical solutions to help clients achieve favorable outcomes.

While earning her J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law, Vanessa was actively involved in advocacy and public service initiatives. As a member of the Executive Board of the Public Interest Law Society, she supported programs dedicated to advancing social justice and expanding access to legal resources for underserved communities. She also earned a Real Estate Law Certificate and was recognized with a Pro Bono Commendation Certificate for her commitment to serving those in need.

Vanessa earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of North Georgia, where she served as President of the Latin American Student Organization, promoting cultural awareness and fostering and inclusive campus community. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to providing responsive, personalized representation to a diverse client base.
