Tyasia Thomas handles general civil litigation with a focus on motor vehicle negligence.

Before becoming an attorney, Tyasia worked full-time as a legal assistant while attending law school – an experience that gave her a strong foundation in litigation strategy and client service. Supporting attorneys with a high volume of cases, she developed hands-on experience managing court deadlines, drafting motions, and communicating with adjusters.

In law school, she built on this foundation through coursework in trial advocacy and negotiation, and became a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator, sharpening her skills in resolving disputes with fairness and efficiency. Tyasia’s ability to see both sides of a case allows her to guide clients toward practical, results-driven solutions.
