Tracie Reese focuses her practice on insurance defense, specifically construction defect and auto. She truly believes there is nothing greater than earning the client’s trust, maintaining the client’s trust and effectively communicating with the client.

Prior to joining KD, Tracie gained extensive litigation, courtroom, and trial experience as an Assistant Public Defender in Hillsborough County, Florida. During her tenure, she represented many clients facing a wide range of criminal charges, from minor ordinance violations to second-degree felony offenses. Her meticulous approach to case investigation, motion practice, client communication, and compelling story telling in the courtroom enabled Tracie to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients, whether through negotiated plea agreements or by securing not guilty verdicts in a jury trials.
