Toni Turocy focuses her legal practice on automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, and first-party property claims. Known for her client-centered approach, Toni delivers legal services tailored to the unique circumstances of each case. She takes pride in providing thoughtful, strategic, and personalized representation with a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcomes.
Before attending law school, Toni gained hands-on experience in the legal field as both a court reporter and legal assistant – perspectives that that give her a well-rounded understanding of the legal system and the litigation process. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and her law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship. During law school, Toni was recognized with Book Awards for the highest marks in Torts and Mediation Theory and Practice. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern through the Supreme Court of Florida and volunteered in the FAMU Law Legal Clinic as a Guardian ad Litem, all while clerking during summers at Kubicki Draper.

Beyond her legal practice, Toni is dedicated to community service. She serves on the Board of Directors and as Co-Chair of the Holocaust Remembrance Committee at the Holocaust Memorial Resource & Education Center of Florida. In this role, she helps advance the center’s mission to combat anti-Semitism, racism, and prejudice through education and cultural programming.
