Toni-Ann Pearson represents clients in complex civil and business litigation matters in state courts throughout Florida. Her practice includes automobile and motorized vehicle claims, hospitality and retail matters, labor and employment disputes, liquor liability, personal injury protection (PIP), premises liability, products liability, defamation, and alternative dispute resolution.

Before joining the firm, Toni-Ann gained legal experience as a constitutional law research assistant, an intern with the Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Clinic, and a law clerk for Florida’s Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. These roles strengthened her research, writing, and analytical skills and provided valuable insight into legal matters affecting individuals, businesses, and the broader community.

Toni-Ann earned both her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida. She is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
