Teodora is a litigator who concentrates her practice on insurance defense, handling all phases of civil litigation from pre-suit evaluation and early case assessment through discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation. She takes a strategic, detail-driven approach to case management, with an emphasis on identifying potential risks early and developing practical, effective solutions for her clients.
Teodora earned her bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a concentration on Western European studies from the University of South Florida in 2012. Following her undergraduate studies, she earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2016. Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Teodora practiced as a foreclosure attorney, representing lenders and loan servicers across the country.
