With more than three decades of legal experience, she represents insurers and businesses in coverage disputes, appeals, and high-exposure litigation, providing strategic guidance from the trial court through the appellate process.
Originally from New York, Tara earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Marymount College of Fordham University before receiving her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Pace University School of Law. While in law school, she served on the Pace Law Review and participated in the Environmental Litigation Clinic under the supervision of Robert F. Tara began her legal career in Manhattan, concentrating on insurance and reinsurance coverage litigation and arbitration. After relocating to Florida, she expanded her practice to include appellate advocacy, insurance coverage, first-party property litigation, business law, and commercial disputes. She is admitted to practice in New York and Florida, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
