Stephanie M. Suarez’s primary areas of practice include first-party residential and commercial property insurance defense and third-party insurance defense, including personal injury, premises liability, slip and fall litigation, product liability and wrongful death actions. She has also handled a variety of commercial and business disputes, foreclosure actions for both residential and commercial properties, construction lien litigation and enforcement, landlord-tenant actions and condominium defense and indemnity.

Stephanie received her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, graduating Cum Laude.  During law school, Stephanie completed a clinical internship with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, 11th Judicial Circuit, Juvenile Division and served as Articles Editor of the Nova Law Review.

Stephanie is proud to have graduated from Florida International University, Magna Cum Laude, in both Political Science and Psychology.
