Stephan Greco-LaSerra is an accomplished civil litigator who has a established a diverse legal practice, handling a wide variety of cases, including automobile, commercial disputes, construction defects, premises liability and insurance coverage. He defends complex litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels throughout Florida. Over the past 20 years, Stephan has earned a reputation as an aggressive, meticulous and creative litigator whose success include defense verdicts, summary judgment dismissals and appellate wins.
Stephan understands the critical role of client communication in executing successful litigation strategies. Outside the courtroom, he presents at seminars across the country, both in person and virtually, on a wide range of topics including claim analysis and exposure, premises liability, products liability and developments in Florida law.
Stephan earned his undergraduate degree at The Florida State University and his Juris Doctor at the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association and received the Wall Street Journal Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney, where he was undefeated as a felony prosecutor and received national recognition for his successful prosecution of an unimaginable cruelty to animals case; fortunately, the dogs survived and were adopted by loving families after they recovered from their medical treatment.
When Stephan is not litigating, he is a fitness fanatic as a Certified CrossFit Coach/Athlete and Personal Trainer with his Fitness Nutrition degree. In 2021, he hiked the Grand Canyon from rim to rim in one day – a feat attempted by less than 1% of the 6 million annual visitors. In 2023, Stephan hiked the 37-mile Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu in Peru over the course of five days. Stephan and his husband, Luciano, love traveling, competing in mud run obstacle courses, cooking, and spending time with their two dogs.
