Stefanie Capps, a Florida native raised in the Florida Panhandle, has cultivated a deep understanding of the state’s diverse legal venues. From an early age, she discovered her passion for becoming a trial lawyer and has honed her skills throughout her education and career. Today, she applies her expertise to represent clients in cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, first-party residential and commercial insurance, and trucking matters.

With extensive experience in insurance defense matters, Stefanie specializes in first-party coverage, premises liability, property damage, automobile accidents, construction defect, and liability for condominium and HOA directors and officers. This comprehensive background enables her to provide aggressive representation, leveraging her knowledge of all aspects of liability and insurance defense litigation.
