Sienna Osta focuses her practice on personal injury and insurance defense litigation, with experience handling automobile negligence, premises liability—including negligent security and slip-and-fall claims—and medical malpractice matters.
Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in jury and bench trials throughout Florida, Sienna brings a valuable, well-rounded perspective to every case. Her experience on both sides of litigation allows her to anticipate opposing strategies, assess claims from multiple angles, and develop practical approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
Sienna believes that strong representation begins with strong client relationships. She prioritizes open, direct communication and keeps her clients informed throughout every stage of litigation. Responsive, accessible, and results-driven, she approaches each matter with the preparation and determination necessary to pursue the best possible outcome.
Sienna earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she was named to the Dean’s List. She received her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences and Molecular Microbiology from the University of South Florida.

Outside of her legal practice, Sienna enjoys spending time with her family, traveling internationally, photography, fashion, and exploring art, architecture, and different cultures. A former pageant titleholder, she remains involved in creative projects and enjoys discovering and sharing memorable destinations and experiences. She is also an ordained minister and has had the privilege of officiating special occasions.
