Shane Carlin focuses his practice on insurance defense with an emphasis in automobile and motorized vehicle matters.

He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics. Shane then earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University in 2022, concentrating in business law. During law school, Shane gained valuable experience as a full-time extern with the Texas Tech University System’s Office of General Counsel, and he was an active member of the Health Law Association.

Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Shane started his legal career representing businesses and insurance companies, specializing in workers’ compensation defense.
