Serena Kurtz is a seasoned attorney with over 14 years of legal experience, primarily focused on automobile negligence, employment law, and ADA violations, including public accommodation accessibility complaints. She is admitted to practice in Florida state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
