Sean Wagner is an accomplished litigator who represents clients in complex matters both in and out of the courtroom. Sean earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, he practiced criminal trial law, tort litigation, commercial and business litigation, and corporate law. This diverse experience has equipped Sean with extensive jury trial experience and a comprehensive understanding of the legal challenges clients often encounter
