Scott Simon specializes in personal injury protection and homeowners insurance defense, while also focusing on coverage matters, cases involving Fraud/SIU, policy interpretation and all areas of no-fault law. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and holds a bachelors degree in international business, graduating cum laude, from Rollins College.

Prior to joining the firm, Scott gained valuable experience at a civil litigation defense firm, where he handled over 40 property insurance defense cases, specializing in first-party property and assignment of benefits cases. Additionally, during law school, Scott clerked for the Law Offices of Patrick J. McGeehan, where he assisted the lead attorney in handling numerous civil litigation cases ranging from contract disputes to family law. His diverse background provides him with a strong foundation in litigation and insurance defense.
