Sarah Goldberg has a wealth of experience in both first and third-party litigation with a strong track record representing insurance companies in various insurance coverage related issues. She also provides legal counsel to individuals and corporations in transportation litigation and premises liability cases.
In 2011, Sarah achieved her Juris Doctor degree with magna cum laude honors from the University of Miami School of Law. During her time in law school, Sarah’s commitment to public service was evident through her two-year involvement in the Health Rights and Elder Law Clinic, where she represented indigent clients in administrative proceedings with the Social Security Administration.
Sarah’s dedication to the legal field extended to her role as a law clerk at the United States Department of the Navy, Office of the Counsel for the Commandant of the Marine Corps, where she focused on employment law matters during two summer internships. Her exceptional research skills earned her a letter of commendation from the Commandant of the Marine Corps, recognizing her as an outstanding contributor to the summer law clerk program.
A native of Fairfax, Virginia, Sarah’s academic journey began at the College of William and Mary, where she graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government. With her impressive legal background and commitment to serving clients, Sarah is a distinguished attorney ready to navigate any complex legal landscape.
