Samantha Kruss focuses her practice on construction law, representing a wide range of clients including owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors, in complex construction defect disputes, commercial litigation, and general liability matters.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Samantha attended Florida State University where she graduated with a bachelors degree in business management in 2015. She went on to earn her law degree from St. Thomas University with distinction, cum laude. During her time in law school, Samantha was a member of the trial team and served as vice president of the student bar association.

Prior to joining the firm, Samantha practiced family law, representing clients in matters such as divorce, paternity, modifications, and domestic violence cases.
