Samantha Valley focuses her practice on insurance defense, specifically automobile & motorized vehicles, premises liability, and first-party property claims.

Samantha earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University (Go, Geaux Tigers!). After graduating from law school in 2015, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bradford L. Thomas at the Florida First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee, Florida. Following her clerkship, she gained experience both in civil defense litigation, as well as appeals. Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Samantha spent three years as an appellate attorney with the Florida Guardian ad Litem Office, during which she advocated for the best interests of Florida’s dependent children in all of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal, as well as the Florida Supreme Court.

In addition to practicing law, Samantha enjoys chasing after her two small daughters with her husband.
