Ryan Scott specializes in first-party property. Originally from Indiana, Ryan is a newcomer to Florida. His journey towards becoming a lawyer started at Roncalli High School in Indiana where he actively led class debates in his social justice class. While earning his bachelors degree in liberal arts from Indiana University, Ryan skillfully balanced his job with academic responsibilities, showcasing his dedication. His academic prowess earned him a full scholarship to the Southern Illinois University School of Law.

During his legal studies at Southern Illinois University, Ryan dedicated his spare time to the Land of Lincoln Project, which provides legal services to those living in poverty. His passion for free expression and debate also led him to join the Federalist Society, where he served as the Treasurer.

After graduating law school, Ryan gained experience in areas such as feral tax resolution, construction litigation defense and estate planning. Now, as part of the Kubicki Draper team, Ryan has found his home specializing in first-party property defense litigation, where his skills and passions align perfectly.
