Russell R. Thomson practices general civil litigation with a focus on automobile negligence and premises liability.

Practicing law since 2005, Russell began his legal career defending workers’ compensation and general liability cases in Georgia and South Carolina. After relocating, Southwest Florida in 2018, he has broadened his practice to include first-party property, construction defect, and commercial litigation matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

His diverse background – spanning multiple states and a wide range of practice areas – gives him a distinctive perspective that he uses to help clients achieve favorable outcomes.

Russell earned his B.A. from Clemson University in 2002 and his J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2005 and remains committed to providing client-focused representation.
