René Diaz is a seasoned litigation attorney who focuses her practice on personal injury defense. Known for her courtroom confidence and strategic approach, René brings extensive trial experience and a results-driven mindset to every matter she handles.

René earned her undergraduate degree from the University of West Florida and her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Throughout her academic career, she demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership and service. She dedicated time to community involvement through her work with Big Brothers Big Sisters and later directed her law school’s tutoring program, where she mentored and supported fellow students through rigorous coursework.

René began her legal career in mass tort litigation, developing a strong foundation in complex case analysis and high-stakes advocacy. Driven by a passion for trial work, she transitioned into public service as an Assistant State Attorney, gaining invaluable courtroom experience prosecuting cases and sharpening her litigation skills. In 2017, René moved into personal injury defense, where she has continued to grow and distinguish herself as a formidable advocate for her clients.

She finds her greatest professional fulfillment in helping clients navigate complex legal matters with clarity and confidence.
