Reinaldo Camacho Padron handles a wide variety of cases, including transportation, commercial disputes, premises liability (including negligent security), and insurance coverage litigation. Reinaldo also has extensive experience in handling professional malpractice and negligence claims against attorneys, insurance agents, title agents, closing agents, appraisers, surveyors, accountants and real estate agents.

A graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, as a Posse Foundation Scholar, Reinaldo earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy before obtaining his Juris Doctor Degree from Florida International University College of Law in Miami, Florida. While in law school, he demonstrated leadership as Vice President of External Affairs of the Board of Appellate Advocates, and served as a Senior Editor for the World Arbitration and Mediation Review.

Reinaldo is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His bilingual proficiency enables him to effectively communicate with both English speaking and Spanish speaking clients.

Beyond the courtroom, one of Reinaldo’s proudest personal achievement thus far (besides graduating law school) is completing the 2019 Miami Marathon. He aspires to tackle more marathons in the future, with a particular ambition to participate in the New York City Marathon!
