Raquel Loret de Mola handles complex federal and state court litigation matters in various areas of the law, including construction litigation, commercial/corporate disputes, personal injury, electric utility defense, automobile/motorized vehicles, trucking and premises liability. She has litigated cases on behalf of numerous companies, including contractors in complex, high-exposure construction defect and construction accident cases, including well-publicized cases like the Florida International University (“FIU”) bridge collapse case. Raquel also has extensive experience defending a variety of admiralty and maritime claims in arbitration as well as federal and state court, including claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, and medical negligence.
Originally from Orlando, Florida, Raquel completed her undergraduate studies in history at the University of Central Florida. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, where she graduated magna cum laude and served as an editor of the Business Law Review.
