Rafael Pagan-Alsina primarily focuses on automobile and motorized vehicle and premises liability claims. He firmly believes that, in addition to continuous study and skill development, building client trust and maintaining open communication are pivotal to providing effective legal representation.

With a bachelors degree in economics and a minor in philosophy from Florida Atlantic University, Rafael went on to obtain his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law. During his time at law school, he honed his skills as a student-attorney in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.

Beyond his legal practice, Rafael is dedicated to giving back to the community. He has volunteered his services for various legal organizations, including Bay Area Legal Services, Gulf Coast Legal Services, E-For-All, and Defy Ventures. This commitment to pro bono work reflects his broader dedication to making legal services accessible to those in need.
