Priscilla Hernandez focuses her practice on insurance defense, with an emphasis on automobile and motorized vehicle liability. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is able to communicate effectively with clients and other parties throughout the South Florida in both languages.

Priscilla began her legal career with Kubicki Draper as a summer clerk, gaining firsthand experience before returning as an associate. During law school, she also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where she gained valuable insight into federal litigation, legal research, and the judicial decision-making process.

Priscilla earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2026. She also holds a master’s degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, with a minor in Marketing, from the University of Miami.
